Even after 75 years of independence the road did not reach 407 villages

The per capita income of Uttarakhand has been increasing by ten percent as compared to last year. Last year the per capita income in the state was two lakh five thousand rupees, which is now two lakh 33 thousand rupees.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Premchand Aggarwal placed the economic survey prepared by the Department of Economics and Statistics on the table of the Vidhan Sabha on Tuesday. In this, encouraging figures have been presented from the state’s growth rate to per capita income. The economy of the state is also projected to improve. According to the report, the size of the state’s economy is estimated to be 3.02 lakh crore for the year 2022-23. The economic growth rate will be 7.08. According to the estimates of the last financial year, the per capita income in the state was two lakh five thousand rupees. But this time with an increase of 10.05 percent, the per capita income is estimated to be two lakh 33 thousand.
According to the economic survey, there are 407 villages in the state where roads have not yet reached. Under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, a budget of 2900 crores will be required to provide roads to these villages. According to the Economic Survey, 3200 km of roads would be required to be built to reach these 407 villages.
The Economic Survey states that the state is known as a tourism state all over the world. Eco tourism scheme has been started to increase tourism in the state. But in 2022-23 budget provision has been made as compared to last year. The Economic Survey states that the budget provision for the scheme is low and needs to be increased
