Sensational blind double murder of Kelakheda revealed, two murderers arrested
Rudrapur. Police has disclosed the sensational double murder case that took place in village Rampurakaji police station Kelakheda. Police arrested two accused and recovered weapons.
On Tuesday, SSP Dr. Manjunath TC revealed the murder of Jogendra Kaur (45), resident of Rampurakaji police station, Kelakheda, and Gurmeet Singh (50), son of Dalip Singh, resident of village Tukdi, Bichwa police station, Nanakmatta. Gurdev Singh s/o Jogendra Singh and Dharmendra Singh s/o Bhagwan Singh residents of village Rampurakaji police station Kelakheda were missing from the village since the incident. Police revealed the incident of blind murder by analyzing the CDR of their mobile numbers.
Gurmeet Singh was living at his daughter’s in-law’s house, Rampurakaji, for about six months. Missing Gurmeet Singh was last seen with Dharmendra Singh on June 5. This evening Gurdev and Dharmendra were seen at night. The missing was the father-in-law of Gurmeet Gurdev Singh. When interrogated Gurdev and Dharmendra, they accepted their crime.
The accused told that Jogandro was earning a lot of money by mortgaging the land of the people of his own community and used to sell those lands to a person of non-religion. Jealousy of this planned his murder. They first killed Gurmeet and then strangled Jogendra to death and cut the organs of both the bodies and threw them in the Baur river
