A girl from the mountain lives in Haldwani and works in a mall. He got acquainted with a young man working in another mall in Haldwani itself. The youth lives on rent in the Mukhani area. The accused youth trapped the girl in the trap of love. On the pretext of marriage, he started living with the girl. It is alleged that he made physical relations with the girl several times. The accused did not tell his correct name to the girl. The accused kept on evading the pressure of the girl’s marriage. When in doubt, the girl herself started the investigation.
