Incident in Akal Takht Express, female passenger was sleeping
Lucknow. In the Akal Takht Express going from Kolkata to Amritsar, the TTE lying on the upper berth urinated on the head of a woman lying on the lower berth in a state of intoxication. On the charges of this shameful act, the police arrested the TTE when the train reached Lucknow station.
The accused is working as Railway TTE in Saharanpur and is a resident of Begusarai, Bihar. It is alleged that he was under the influence of alcohol. Government Railway Police (GRP) Inspector Navratna Gautam said on Tuesday that a passenger named Rajesh complained that he was going from Akal Takht to Amritsar from Kiul in Bihar with his wife. On March 13, at 12:30, a man named Munna Kumar urinated on his wife’s head. Gautam told that a complaint about this was made to GRP Lucknow.
