10% horizontal reservation in government jobs for state agitators

Dhami cabinet approves 6 important important matters
Dehradun.
 Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami’s cabinet has approved 10 per cent horizontal reservation in government jobs for Uttarakhand state-building agitators and their dependents. The cabinet approved the recommendations of the sub-committee formed under the chairmanship of Cabinet Minister Subodh Uniyal regarding the agitators. The reservation bill will be sent back to Raj Bhavan. After the approval of Raj Bhavan, the agitators will once again start getting reservation.
Several important decisions were taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by the Chief Minister on Monday afternoon. In a cabinet meeting held on December 20, 22, the Dhami government had constituted a sub-committee to restore horizontal reservation to the agitators. Cabinet ministers Chandan Ram Das and Saurabh Bahuguna were included as members in the committee.
● MLA fund increased from Rs 3.75 crore to Rs 5 crore.
● Land acquisition, rehabilitation, resettlement authority will be formed in every district.
● Tehsildars will get land registry done in districts without sub-registrars.
● Establishment of State Urban Development Institute in ATS.
The 7th Battalion ITBP will get 8.96 hectares of land in Pithoragarh.
● Amendments to national transit pass system, state clearance will take identification stamp on wood.
● Amendment passed before mining policy approved the proposal.
