A youth riding a bike was hit by a tempo in Haldwani’s Gorapadav, died.

Haldwani. A young man from Bindukhatta, who was coming on Lalkuan bike, died in a road accident near Gorapadav late night. Police reached the spot after getting the information and got the body post-mortem done and handed it over to the family members.
According to the information, Bhupendra Koranga (22), son of Jagdish Koranga, resident of Bindukhatta Sanjay Nagar I, who was coming from Haldwani on bike to Lalkuan late on Sunday night, was hit hard from behind by an unknown tempo vehicle near Gorapadap. Due to which the bike rider Bhupendra died on the spot. Mandi outpost in-charge Gulab Singh, who reached the information, said that the body has been handed over to the family after post-mortem. Here, there is chaos in the family due to the death of the only son of Century mill worker Jagdish Koranga in a road accident. It is being told that Bhupendra was returning on bike after giving milk to his friend’s mother who was suffering from dengue, when he met with a road accident on the way. On his death on Monday, a large number of villagers gathered at his residence and consoled the bereaved family. Jagdish Koranga had two daughters and one son Bhupendra.
