New tourism policy: Heli, Kairwan, adventure tourism, cab operators to get 100 percent subsidy

In case of death of the employee during service, his widowed son bride will also get a job as a deceased dependent.

Gairsain. While approving the new tourism policy of the state, the cabinet has made a provision of 100 percent subsidy on many services for the development of tourism facilities. It has also been decided to give several other incentives and exemptions.
In a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday at Gairsain Assembly Building, it has been approved to give 100 percent capital subsidy to new tourism products and services like heli tourism, Kairwan tourism, adventure tourism, cab operators under the new tourism policy. Along with this, it has been decided to encourage new and old tourism units to expand the work.
The cabinet has also approved changes in the Uttarakhand Employees Deceased Service Rules. Under this, after the death of an employee posted in government service during service, his widowed son bride will also be given a job as a deceased dependent. So far, only the son of the deceased was mentioned in the rules. In such a situation, now the widow son and the bride have also been approved to be included in the rules.
