Mother left the family leaving 25 grandchildren and more than six dozen Pannatis
Haldwani. 110 years old mother Saraswati of Indranagar Bindukhatta passed away. Aama’s mortal remains will be cremated at Ranibagh on Saturday morning. There is a wave of mourning in Bindukhatta due to the death of mother. Mother has made a record of seeing the world for the longest age not only in Nainital district but also in the state.
Mother did not depend on anyone till her last time. She used to do all her work herself. Saraswati Devi wife late Amar Singh Bisht, a resident of Harni village of native district Chamoli, lived in Indranagar Bindukhatta along with her 58-year-old grandson Madan Singh Bisht. Mother’s life was very virtuous. He has a family of 25 grandchildren and more than six dozen grandchildren including his sons and daughters.
