Villagers taking sick woman Anisha to hospital, have to bear the brunt of lack of road
Pithoragarh. Anisha Devi, resident of Gandhi Nagar, Munsiyari, wife Sunil Kumar, resident of village Gandhi Nagar, age 20 years, suddenly found unconscious while washing clothes at a public stream of the village, 200 meters away from home. On seeing the people, their relatives were informed about it. After which the villagers brought from there to the road with the help of doli, facing many difficulties on the way, gave CPR and reached the road.
Even today, due to lack of road, the villagers are forced to face this type of incident everyday. Whether it is the problem of someone’s health or pregnant women, there is a shortage of roads everyday. This village belongs to three freedom fighters, yet the road has not been built here yet. While the road has been announced by both Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami and Harish Rawat. Pradhan Rajesh Roshan said that both the Chief Ministers have announced the construction of the road, but no implementation has been done on those announcements so far
