Haridwar. A few days back, a video of a Delhi Police personnel parking his vehicle in a no-parking area and getting into a fight with a female traffic police constable on duty went viral. On which the female police personnel Sharmila Bisht while teaching a lesson to the said police personnel, her car was challaned in no parking. SSP Haridwar Mr. Ajay Singh in the presence of SP Traffic Rekha Yadav and CO Jwalapur Niharika Semwal felicitated the female police personnel by giving them a bunch of flowers
