Rajpura man dies after falling from Congress office in Haldwani

Accident happened while painting, body sent for postmortem
A painter, who was painting in the Congress office, died after falling from the roof. He was brought to the base hospital in critical condition, where doctors declared him brought dead. The medical post police handed over the dead body to the relatives after the postmortem on Saturday.
According to the police, repairs are going on in the Congress office Swaraj Ashram these days. 49-year-old Krishna Chandra, a resident of Ward 13 Rajpura, was painting here. On the afternoon of July 7, while working on the roof of the office, he stumbled and fell down. Krishna suffered serious injuries in the accident, after which he was hurriedly brought to the base hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead
