Police arrested the accused uncle and aunt of the victim
Haldwani. An incident embarrassing the relationship has come to light in Lalkuan. Uncle raped his step minor niece. The aunt also put a veil on her husband’s handiwork. On the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case and arrested the accused uncle and aunt.
On April 1, a woman from Lalkuan Kotwali area informed the police that her minor girl had gone missing from home. Police started investigation by registering a case of kidnapping against unknown people. Sub-Inspector Ranjani Arya handed over the investigation. Taking the matter seriously, Sub-Inspector Rajni Arya started the investigation in which the police came to know from the locations of her mobile numbers that the girl is in Agra. Police reached Agra and recovered the minor girl safely from Aunt Manju Devi’s house.
The minor girl told the police that she was raped by her step-uncle Mukesh Yadav. Aunt Manju Devi supported uncle. The police arrested the accused uncle and aunt from Agra.
During interrogation of the police, Aunt Manju called the girl to Lalkuan railway station on Saturday afternoon of April 1. He was coaxed by Aunt Manju Devi and took him with her to Agra
