Cm Dhami and Cabinet Minister launched the scheme through virtual medium
Bageshwar. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched the Chief Minister Antyodaya Free Gas Refill Scheme through virtual medium from Kandolia Ground in Pauri on Sunday. The programme was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, District Panchayat President Basanti Dev and special guest Block Head Pushpa Devi and other guests. Social Welfare Minister Chandan Ram Das also joined the program through virtual medium. Cylinders were distributed to 10 Antyodaya card holders under the scheme in the district.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami while launching the Chief Minister Antyodaya Free Gas Refill Yojana congratulated the beneficiaries and said that the government is committed to its promises and taking them to the achievement. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is setting records in every field. Today, under the leadership of the Prime Minister, India is moving towards becoming the leader of the world. The Prime Minister is working in the public interest as a guardian by understanding the problems of the citizens of the country as his problem. He said that Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana has been expanded with the aim that no poor should go hungry. He said that work will be done by taking women power on priority. To empower women in every area, strong security arrangements have been made through Gaura Shakti App. Work is being done to empower women in every field. Work is being done in this direction to make Uttarakhand a leading state by 2025, for which we are moving forward with a resolution without choice. The Chief Minister said that on the launch of Antyodaya Free Gas Refill Scheme, new energy is being received by seeing happiness on the faces of sisters, this energy will be used in the development of the state. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we are working to improve the life of the mother power of the state. Along with giving 30 percent reservation to women by the government, various schemes are being run for women empowerment. In every scheme made by the government, mother power is a priority. Cabinet Minister Chandan Ram Das said that the welfare scheme launched by the government will help in helping the people, the benefit of this scheme started by the government is to reach the poor directly. He said that the scheme has been launched for a healthy and safe environment as well as for more security to women.
As the chief guest, District Panchayat President Basanti Dev asked the people to take advantage of more and more public welfare schemes. He said that the aim of the government is to take everyone along and bring development to the person standing at the last end. He asked the officers to extend the benefits of the scheme to the eligible persons in a transparent manner.
Giving details of the scheme, District Supply Officer Manoj Kumar Varman said that under the scheme, 03 gas cylinders (first cylinder month April to July, second phase August to November and third phase December to March) are being refilled free of cost to Antyodaya ration card holders. Under this scheme, the amount of refill will be transferred by the consumers to their bank account through DBT, which will provide relief to the poor Antyodaya ration card holder and family. He informed that the number of Antyodaya ration card holders / families in the district is 5238, in which there are 18769 members who will benefit from this scheme. Welcome songs were presented by school children on the occasion.
On this occasion, Chairman Municipality Suresh Khetwal, Block Development Officer Alok Bhandari, Members Prem Singh Hardia, Bablu Pandey, Parvinder Negi and beneficiaries were present. The programme was conducted by Ravi Joshi.
