27 young officers join the force in the convocation parade of Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force.

Tarun Bisht of Uttarakhand was selected as the best cadet in a ceremony organized at the Parade Ground.

Mussoorie. 27 young officers joined the force in the convocation parade at the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Academy Parade Ground in Mussoorie on Monday. The chief guest of the parade, ITBP Director General Anish Dayal Singh, took the salute. Officers and family members decorated stars on the shoulders of the passed out cadets.
ITBP Director General Anish Dayal Singh, while addressing the passing out officers, said that the force has high expectations from the newly commissioned officers. During the training, the officers have received training to face every challenge, implement it in life and incorporate new ideas along with maintaining the old tradition of ITBP. Said that today ITBP is continuously working for women empowerment, due to which the number of women in the force is continuously increasing. Women soldiers of ITBP are showcasing their talent in every field right from the borders.
Academy Director IG PS Dangwal thanked the families of the new army officers and said that they have dedicated their sons for the security of the country. Those who passed out include 14 Assistant Fighter GD, 12 Assistant Fighter Medical, one Assistant Fighter (VAT). These include four from Rajasthan, three from Maharashtra, two each from Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Kerala, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Himachal, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Leh Ladakh, and one from Assam. Includes one cadet. On this occasion, Deputy Director Academy DIG Rajesh Sharma, DIG Ajay Pal, Fighter Administration Sobhan Singh Rana, Fighter Training Sukumar Jiju, Public Relations Officer Dharmendra Bhandari etc. were present. On this occasion, ITBP commandos and karate team also showed amazing feats.
Cadets who did excellent work during training were felicitated. Home Minister Sword of Honor and award for Best Outdoor Cadet was given to Uttarakhand resident Tarun Bisht, Himanshu Palaria for best performance in sports, Best Indoor Cadet Arvin Kumar M and Sagar Balu was given the title of Best Trainee in Combatization Course and Rishu Ranjan was given the title of Best Indoor Trainee. .
