Divers removed the dead body from Ramganga after about an hour, there was chaos in the family
Three real brothers who went to attend Tai’s funeral in Hazratpur police station area of Badaun were swept away in Ramganga. All three were pulled out after a long search. The relatives took him to the doctor, but his life could not be saved. Doctors declared all three dead.
Rohit, Sohit and Bhupendra, sons of Grish Pal’s younger brother Dinesh, had gone to Ramganga to attend the funeral of wife Grish Pal, a resident of Gadhia Shahpur village of Hazratpur police station area. In the afternoon, all three were swept away in the Ganges while taking a bath. After the accident, a crowd of people gathered on the spot. Local divers fished out Sohit’s body after about an hour. Later both the brothers were taken out. The relatives took him to the doctor, but the doctor declared him dead. Weeds have spread in the village due to the incident.
