38th National Games will start in Dehradun from today, PM Modi will inaugurate

Dehradun, The 38th National Games is starting in Uttarakhand from today i.e. Tuesday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this grand event. Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Dehradun has been beautifully decorated for this special occasion. Lightning and colorful cultural programs will be presented in the opening ceremony to be held from 6 pm.


The state government has made extensive preparations to make this event grand. The opening ceremony will be telecast live at the block and district level so that more and more people can witness this historic moment.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Jolly Grant Airport at 3:20 pm today. After this he will reach Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium at 3:45 pm. He will hold a meeting with Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and state sports officials at the National Sports Secretariat built near the stadium. The ambitious projects of the state will be discussed in this meeting.
The 38th National Games include a total of 35 sports, including 33 sports in the medal category and two as exhibition sports. Around 10 thousand players from all over the country will take part in this event.
