IG Kumaon took action in Rudpur, created a stir in the department
Udham Singh Nagar. IG Kumaon Nilesh Anand Bharne has suspended a police sub-inspector in Rudrapur of Udham Singh Nagar district, while two have been sent to the line. It is being told that the sub-inspector who has been suspended by IG Kumaon had 21 cases pending against him and was continuously absent for the last one month.
The IG has directed to conduct a preliminary inquiry against sub-inspector Pankaj Belwal for non-compliance of instructions given by higher police officers and negligence in work, 06 charges of fraud pending with sub-inspector Ashok Farthalaya in Kotwali Rudrapur In which there are 16 accusedDue to these reasons no effort was made to arrest the sub-inspector, instructions were given to conduct a preliminary inquiry
