Director General of Police Ashok Kumar will retire today on 30th November
Dehradun. Additional Director General of Police Abhinav Kumar will be the new DGP of Uttarakhand Police. At present, he has been made acting DGP. An order in this regard has been issued by Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi on Wednesday.
Director General of Police Ashok Kumar is retiring after completing the age of superannuation on November 30. In such a situation, 1996 batch IPS Abhinav Kumar has been given the additional charge of the post of Director General of Police, Uttarakhand from December 1 till further orders.
