Dehradun. Amrit Pharmacy stores will soon be opened in the hospitals of government medical colleges of Uttarakhand, where cheap implants and medicines will be available at one place.
A meeting has been held at the government level regarding opening of Amrit Pharmacy stores in Doon, Haldwani, Srinagar and Almora Medical College. Its proposal has been sought from all the colleges and Directorate of Medical Education. Principal of Doon Medical College, Dr. Ashutosh Sayana said that the patients will be able to get relief from the store of Amrit Pharmacy. He informed that instructions have been given to make its proposal.
Amrit Pharmacy stores run in big hospitals of the country. There is also this store in Rishikesh AIIMS. Here implants are available up to 30% cheaper than outside and there are also cheaper medicines. After the opening of this store, Ayushman patients will be able to get all types of implants and medicines at one place.
