Haridwar. Angered by the non-constitution of the Farmers Commission in the country, Bhartiya Kisan Union Bhanu faction has announced to contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Thakur Bhanu Pratap Singh, national president of Bharatiya Kisan Union Bhanu, who reached Haridwar, said that he supported the Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, but till now the BJP government has not formed the Farmers Commission, nor has the farmers’ loans been waived off. He warns the central government that if the Kisan Commission is not formed within two months, then the Kisan Kranti Dal will be formed by him and the Lok Sabha elections will be contested on all the seats in the countryIt is noteworthy that a three-day contemplation camp of Bhartiya Kisan Union Bhanu was organized in Haridwar.
