Angry acquaintances created ruckus in the hospital for referring the youth to the higher center, broke the glasses of the ambulance
Ramnagar. Angered by the argument of the family members, the young man committed suicide by jumping from the bypass bridge. The people accompanying the young man also broke the glass panes of the ambulance by abusing the doctors and staff in the hospital.
Bhanu Kashyap (16) son of Kunwar Pal Kashyap, a resident of Mohalla Bambagher Motimahal under Ramnagar, had a minor altercation with the family members in the night. Angry with the relatives, Bhanu Ramnagar went towards the Haldwani bypass bridge. He jumped from the bridge into the Kosi river. When people saw him jumping, they brought him to the government hospital.
Seeing the serious condition of the young man, the doctors referred him to the Higher Center. Expressing displeasure over the hospital’s ambulance being busy elsewhere, the people accompanying the young man started abusing the doctors and staff. They broke the glasses of the ambulance that reached the spot. After this the youth was taken to Kashipur. He died on the way. Action is being taken to file a complaint in the case of indecency in the hospital and breaking of glass panes of the ambulance. The relatives have not even conducted the post-mortem of the deceased
