Haldwani case, the groom broke the marriage after seeing the photo, the girlfriend filed a case against Kotdwar’s lover
Haldwani. A lover broke the marriage of his girlfriend. Girlfriend’s future husband sent girlfriend’s private photo to boyfriend. Due to which the marriage broke down and the hurt girlfriend has filed a case against the lover in Haldwani Kotwali.
In the Tahrir given to the Haldwani Kotwali police, the victim said that Akhilesh Devrani, a resident of Kotdwar, used to work with her in a company located in Rudrapur Sidcul in 2019.
The two became friends and fell in love. It is alleged that Akhilesh made her private obscene photos and videos on the pretext of marriage and refused to marry her. Meanwhile, the relatives of the victim fixed her marriage with a youth resident of Ranikhet. She got engaged on 16th April. When Akhilesh came to know about this, he started sending wrong messages to the future husband and started saying wrong things about his girlfriend.
However, when Akhilesh was called to the spot at the same time, he admitted his mistake and also gave an apology. Meanwhile, the date of marriage was fixed on June 12, but before that, on June 6, Akhilesh messaged her future husband and brother-in-law on Facebook with an ID named Abhishek Sharma and sent personal photos of his girlfriend to his Facebook ID. After which the future husband sent the same photo to the victim on WhatsApp. After which the victim requested Akhilesh not to do so, but Akhilesh resorted to abusing and started threatening to make personal photos and videos of his girlfriend viral on social media. In the midst of all this, the marriage of the girlfriend was broken
