The accident happened on Jhabreda-Iqbalpur road of Roorkee, chaos in the village
Roorkee. On the Jhabreda-Iqbalpur road, a speeding bike collided with a roadside electric pole. Two bike riders died. Police have taken the dead bodies of both and sent them for postmortem.
Subhash (23), a resident of Kotwal Alampur of Jhabreda police station area, and his friend Johnny (30) were going to Iqbalpur by bike. Johnny was driving the bike. When they reached near Sabatwali village of Jhabreda police station area, their bike went uncontrolled and collided with the electric pole on the roadside. Both the injured were sent to Roorkee Civil Hospital for treatment. Doctors declared both dead. The police have taken the dead bodies of both. The accident has created chaos in both the families.
