Chamoli. A Bolero vehicle met with an accident on the Karnprayag Gwaldam motorway in Chamoli district. Two died and eight people were injured in the accident. Out of which four seriously injured have been referred to Baijnath.
The accident happened near Ghaniyal Dhar. Where the Bolero vehicle fell into the ditch. 10 people are said to be aboard the vehicle. The Bolero vehicle was going from Karnprayag to Gwaldam. The injured were brought to Community Health Center Tharali. The occupants of the vehicle were local residents. Among the injured, Rohit s/o Gambhir Singh Shah age 28 years driver village Benoli Tharali, Praveen s/o Ashok Kumar Mayur Vihar face one Delhi, Anita daughter Pratap age 19 village Dabu district Bageshwar, Kamal Kishore SSB Gwaldam, Muni Devi Amit Negi s/o Kamal Negi age 45 years , Gaurav Pandey S/o Mohan Pandey Age 21 YrsAre included.The deceased has been identified as Rajendra Chowdhary s/o Sukhani Chowdhary aged 55 years, Bihar Hall Talwadi. The identity of the second deceased has not been ascertained
