Nehru Colony Police Station President Lokendra Bahuguna said that on Sunday, a businessman informed the control that his wife was in the hotel room of the police station area with some stranger. The police asked the businessman to go to the hotel himself and settle the matter. The businessman said that if he went, the colonel could beat him up. When the police reached the hotel with the businessman, his wife was present in the hotel with the colonel.
The police reached the police station with the woman, her husband and the colonel. There the colonel said that he had an old acquaintance with the woman. He had invited the woman to the hotel to meet as an acquaintance. However, the woman’s husband raised questions on this. The police somehow solved the matter. Then both the parties left the police station. It is being told that the woman was living with the colonel in different hotels for a long time.
