Allegations of cheating, assault and threats, case against 18 people

Ghaziabad. In police station Indirapuram, a case has been filed on the orders of the court against a total of 18 people, including a director and senior officials of Indiabulls from NBFC. This case has been registered under 156/3 on behalf of Shipra Group. The case also names Saket Bahuguna, son of former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna and employed with Indiabulls. In the FIR, the director of Indiabulls and all 18 other senior officials have been accused of cheating, assault and threats.
According to the information, the former chairman of Indiabulls and 18 senior officials have been accused by the Shipra group of offering loans worth thousands of crores and defrauding them of thousands of crores. Not only this, the Shipra group approached the court and appealed to file a case against a total of 18 senior officers, including the director of India Bulls, taking seriously, the court filed an FIR against all of them according to the application given by the Shipra group. Issued orders for registration. An FIR has been registered against all of them at Indirapuram police station.
DCP Vivek Chandra said that all of them have been accused of fraud, assault and threats by the Shipra group. On April 9, orders have been received from the court to file a case against all of them under 156/3 on their behalf in the court. Following the order of the court, a case has been registered against all of them at Indirapuram police station. Apart from the main accused Sameer Gehlot, former chairman of India Bulls, 18 senior officials have been named, stating that the rules were not followed in the loan process. He told that this matter is big, so OW will also be included in the investigation of this whole matter
