Chief Minister met various groups of industrialists, said entrepreneurs are excited to invest in Uttarakhand
Dehradun. Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami has reached Chennai late in the evening. He will participate in a road show regarding investment for the Global Investors Summit on Thursday.
CM Dhami left for Chennai from Delhi on Wednesday afternoon. Cabinet ministers Satpal Maharaj and Saurabh Bahuguna have also accompanied him. On Thursday, the CM will take part in a road show at Taj Coromandel in Tirumurthy Nagar Nungambakkam, Chennai, by interacting one-to-one with various industrial houses. Late in the evening he will return back to Delhi and rest for the night at Uttarakhand Sadan. After this, there will be a road show in Bangalore on October 28, in which Cabinet Ministers Subodh Uniyal and Rekha Arya will participate. Chief Minister Dhami will again participate in the road show to be held in Ahmedabad on November 1. Cabinet Minister Premchand Aggarwal will also accompany him there, while Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi will accompany the Chief Minister in the road show to be held in Mumbai on November 6. The government has so far signed an investment agreement of Rs 55 thousand crore before the Investors Summit.
Various groups of industrialists met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami over dinner. On this occasion various topics were discussed to promote investment in Uttarakhand. The Chief Minister said that the government has made many new policies to promote industries in the state.
Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami says that the state government has chosen the path of development of the state while preserving the cultural, natural and spiritual beauty. The theme of the Global Investors Summit is Peace to Prosperity. Many new and non-traditional industries are being developed along with tourism, wellness and hospitality industries.
CM Dhami will hold a road show in Chennai today under the Invest in Uttarakhand Mission.
