Apologizing before the Supreme Court is acceptable, but apologizing to the OBC society is against Rahul Gandhi’s pride
Haldwani. The BJP has strongly objected to the politics being played by the Congress regarding the cancellation of the Lok Sabha membership of former Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi.
BJP’s state spokesperson Hemant Dwivedi has issued a press statement saying that it is very regrettable that the state Congress has gone to the block booth on this issue. The Congress wants to garner accolades through political agitation for the punishment meted out to the backward classes for public humiliation.
Rahul Gandhi is not ready to apologize for insulting the Prime Minister of the country, while he apologized before the Supreme Court on the issue of Chowkidar Chor. It is very regrettable that Rahul Gandhi has accepted an apology before the Supreme Court of the country, but in his view, it is against his dignity to apologize to the OBC community which is weak due to social participation.
Hemant Dwivedi said that a week has passed since Rahul Gandhi was punished. Despite being proved guilty in the court, he has not yet approached the High Court. By portraying himself as a victim, he is trying to bake political bread through Rahul and his pro-Congress movement. His doing this shows that he has no respect for the crores of people belonging to the backward classes of the country and his priority is to do politics with arrogance.
BJP state spokesperson Hemant Dwivedi said that the Congress is running its political agitation only through announcements. On one hand they claim to join hands and on the other hand Jai Bharat Satyagraha, then my house, Rahul’s house and now the program of the month long movement. Hemant Dwivedi, making a sharp comment on this protest being made by the opposition, said that the announcements of several political agitations by the organizationless Congress are laughable, which are going on only through statements in the media. He sarcastically said that if the Congress had done a little hard work regarding Rahul in the court in time, then today he would not have to announce his political campaign. Congress should first worry about saving its party and then about saving democracy in the party. If we talk about democracy in the country, it is very strong under the leadership of PM Modi.
He congratulated the government and all the people of the state for living up to the trust of PM Narendra Modi by successfully organizing the first meeting of G20 in Ramnagar. Said that the policies made out of brainstorming on the topics of health, forest and environment will be beneficial for Vasadhaiv Kutumbhkammas as well as for the state itself.
Along with this, the experiences shared by scientists and experts from the country and abroad regarding surveillance and mutual coordination of human, animal and wild life in the conference will prove to be very helpful for a forest and wildlife-dominated state like Uttarakhand.
Commenting on the confusion being spread by the opposition on the G20 conference, he said that instead of ministers from different countries coming to the meeting, the opposition is talking about sending some officers for formalities. Which is unfortunate. He said that such people cannot think beyond politics, leadership and negativity. Policy makers from different countries have participated in this summit related to various topics like health, environment, wildlife etc. The foreign delegates were highly impressed by the lavish arrangements and hospitality provided by our government and on top of that the Corbett Park and the environmental beauty around Ramnagar. It is expected that our recognition at the international level will increase further with the other two meetings to be held in Rishikesh and Narendra Nagar
