Car collides with a tree in Gadappu forest on Kaladhungi Bajpur road, 3 people injured
Haldwani. The car of a resident of Dadhiyal Tanda, who was returning home after attending the funeral of a relative in Haldwani, collided with a tree in Gadappu forest on Kaladhungi Bajpur road, in which aunt and nephew died in the accident. While three people including a four-year-old child were injured.
As soon as information about the incident was received, police station incharge Bhagwan Mehar reached the spot with the police team. With the help of passersby, the police took the injured to Kaladhungi Hospital. On receiving the information, the relatives of the deceased also reached Kaladhungi Hospital. The police sent the Panchnama of the dead bodies for post-mortem.
Information received from the police: 24 year old Firasat Ali son of Ashraf Ali, resident of Katanda Badli district Rampur Uttar Pradesh, 35 year old Zuber Lala son of Akbar Ali, 35 year old Shahnaz wife Zulfikar Dadhiyal resident of Rampur district Rampur, 35 year old Musabbiha wife Haji Shakir. They were returning in their car along with a four-year-old child from Haldwani after visiting Maiyet after the death of a relative of Haldwani. Near the check post of Barheni Forest Department on Kaladhungi to Bajpur road, the car driver fell asleep due to which the car went out of control. It collided with a tree. Musabbiha and Firasat died on the spot in the accident. The injured were referred to Haldwani through 108 service from Kaladhungi Hospital.
