Dehradun/Ghaziabad: Police of both the states have started investigation to know the real identity of a youth who reached Dehradun with the name of Monu Sharma and Ghaziabad with the name of Bhim Singh. On Sunday, Ghaziabad police reached Dehradun and went to Lohia Mohalla and questioned the people related to this case.
The investigation of this case in Dehradun has been handed over to the Anti Human Trafficking Unit. In the month of July, a youth had told the police that some people had kidnapped him and taken him to Rajasthan. In the police investigation, a woman Asha from Lohianagar in Patel Nagar had told him that he was her son. Since then he was living in Lohianagar and working in the vegetable market.
Similarly, on November 21, this youth told the police in Ghaziabad that he was not getting a good salary in Dehradun, so he was going to Delhi. But before reaching Delhi, he told the same story to the police in Ghaziabad as in Dehradun. In Ghaziabad, Lilavati Devi told him that he was her son Bhim Singh, who had gone missing several years ago.
Claims of both families
Both the families claim that this young man is their son. However, there are many contradictions in the story of the young man. Due to which the police is seriously investigating this matter. The police is trying to find out who this young man is and why he is doing this.
