Dehradun Vistara Airlines has started direct air service from Dehradun Airport to Bengaluru from Thursday. On the first day, 182 passengers reached Dehradun from Bengaluru on this flight. While 115 passengers flew from Dehradun to Bengaluru.
Prabhakar Mishra, Director of Dehradun Airport located at Jolly Grant, said that Vistara Airlines operates flights to Delhi and Mumbai. Now, in view of the increasing number of passengers, Vistara has started air service from Dehradun to Bangalore from Thursday.
Flights from Dehradun to Bengaluru will operate seven days a week. He told that this flight will take off from Bengaluru at 11.20 am and reach Dehradun airport at 2:20 pm. After that, the flight will take off from Dehradun airport at 2:55 pm and reach Bengaluru at 5:50 pm.
After Dehradun-Pithoragarh, now Fly Big company has started air service for Pantnagar also. The first flight from Pithoragarh to Pantnagar started from Monday i.e. 26th February. This distance between Pithoragarh-Pantnagar can be covered in just 50 minutes. The air service in the border district was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of the state Pushkar Singh Dhami on January 30. On Monday, the company’s aircraft will leave from Pithoragarh for Pantnagar at 12.15 pm and will reach there at 1.05 pm. After this, the plane will take off from Pantnagar for Pithoragarh at 2:05 pm. In the first flight, the ticket for this route is showing as 1048 on the company’s website. People were eagerly waiting for the air service for Pantnagar-Pithoragarh.
