Dehradun case: Accused used to live on rent in youth’s house, case registered
Dehradun. In Vasant Vihar area, five people, including a young woman, cut off the private part of a young man. The accused earlier lived in a rented accommodation at the victim’s house. It is alleged that the accused drug injections to the landlord’s son. Under the influence of alcohol, he also got his signature to borrow Rs 80 lakh from the accused on a blank paper. They are now assaulting him. The victim’s mother has filed a case against five people, including the girl.
According to Vasant Vihar police station in-charge inspector Hoshiyar Singh, a case has been registered by a woman of the area. He said his son was 25 years old. The woman alleged that five people, including a young woman, were tenants in her house. At that time, his son has been given injections of drugs for six months. They also used to get addicted to smack. The five made their son sign the papers, in which it was written that their son had taken Rs 80 lakh from the five. Based on this, the five accused are mentally harassing their son. After Holi, in his absence, the five barged into his house and beat up his son badly and broke his four teeth.
The accused threatened the son that if he told his mother about this, he would cut off his tongue. It is alleged that the five together cut off his private part. It is alleged that the woman searched his house and asked the son about the jewellery kept in the house. The woman says that on March 14, the son gave her complete information. Inspector Hoshiyar Singh said that a case has been registered against the five accused. The young man has been asked to undergo medical examination. Further action will be taken after the medical report is received. He said that the victim youth is addicted to drugs, so he is not able to give a statement properly right now.
