Rival gang members Yogesh Tunda and others accused of needle attack in Tihar Jail
New Delhi. Notorious gangster Sunil alias Tillu Tajpuria, lodged in Tihar Jail, was murdered. Tillu was done with the help of a needle. He was admitted to DDU hospital in an injured condition, where he died.
Gangster Tillu Tajpuria, accused in Delhi’s Rohini Court shootout, was attacked by rival gang members Yogesh Tunda and others in Tihar Jail, according to a jail official. Delhi Police’s Additional DCP West District Akshat Kaushal said that at around 7 am today, information was received from DDU Hospital regarding two UTPs, who were brought to the hospital from Tihar Jail, one of whom, Sunil alias Tillu, was brought unconscious. He was later declared brought dead. Another person Rohit is undergoing treatment and is out of danger.
Yogesh Tunda, who was associated with the Gogi gang, has been accused of attacking Tillu Tajpuria. Gogi has been murdered in the Rohini court premises in the past. Tillu was then accused of this. Tillu and Gogi gang was active in outer Delhi area
