According to the information, Srishti, daughter of Gahad resident Vinod Kumar, was playing in front of her grandmother in the courtyard of the house at 6 pm on Thursday. During this time the henchman took away Srishti. The family members and villagers gathered at the grandmother’s screams. Immediately the villagers ran after him making noise and the henchman ran away leaving the girl behind. The girl’s body was found two hundred meters away from the house. The family members are in bad condition and crying. There is an atmosphere of panic among the villagers after the incident.
District Disaster Management Officer Nandan Singh Rajwar confirmed the incident and said that the team of Disaster Management and Forest Department has gone to the spot.
