Haldwani violence: Route of trains also changed, Haldwani-Kathgodam trains operated from Lalkuan

Haldwani. Curfew continued in Banbhulpura. Internet services, all schools, markets, government and private institutions of the city remained closed. Instead of Haldwani and Kathgodam railway stations, trains are being operated from Lalkuan. The entire area remained under the control of police and ITBP.
Police have registered three separate FIRs against five thousand unidentified persons including 19 named ones. Five miscreants have also been arrested. DGP Abhinav Kumar said that efforts are being made to restore the railway services which have been disrupted due to the disturbance in Haldwani. After talking to the railway officials, all services are being restored as soon as possible, so that people do not have to face difficulties.
This is the whole matter
On Thursday evening, about 10 thousand people of the Muslim community pelted stones at a team of 700 people from the police, administration and municipal corporation that had gone to demolish the illegal madrassa and namaz place built on government land. The police station was burnt with petrol bombs. After this uproar, the entire area was transformed into a cantonment in the night itself and marking of miscreants was started. Police have registered an FIR under serious sections like disturbance, arson, sabotage, attempt to murder, damage to government property and disruption of government work etc.
