Haridwar. A tractor-trolley crushed two bike riders in Mandavali on the Deoband-Mangalore road. Both the youths died on the spot. Both were taken to CHC Mangalore, where doctors declared them dead. The tractor driver fled with the vehicle. The family members have given a complaint to the police. On the basis of the complaint, the police have started searching for the tractor driver. Bunty (20) and Amit (22), residents of Lahboli in Mangalore, were returning home by bike after working in a company located in Gurukul Narsan. A tractor-trolley was going towards Muzaffarnagar near Mandavali. The tractor-trolley suddenly hit the two bike riders. Both fell on the road and were seriously injured. After this, the driver ran away after crushing them. Seeing the accident, people from nearby areas reached the spot. Seeing people coming, the tractor driver got nervous and fled from the spot. People informed the police about the two youths lying in a pool of blood. The police picked them up and took them to the Mangalore Community Health Center with the help of an ambulance. There the doctors declared them dead. On receiving the information, the family members also reached the spot. The incident has created a furore among the family members. Mangalore Kotwali in-charge Inspector Amar Chand said that a complaint has been received from the family members about the incident. The search for the tractor driver has been started in the case.
