Haridwar. Another daughter of Haridwar is progressing in the world of sports. This time Kanak Toopraniya of Ravali Mehdood has got the opportunity to captain the Uttarakhand women’s cricket under-19 team.
Kanak, who was talented since childhood, learned the first tricks of cricket at Oxford College Academy located in Navodaya Nagar. Kanak’s coach Anurag Jain says that Kanak has been dedicated to cricket since the beginning. Along with enthusiasm and passion, his technique is also very excellent. Kanak’s success is an inspiration for other girls that despite having less resources, they can achieve their goals through hard work.
