Heavy rain, snowfall alert issued from today till March 3, Meteorological Director warned, listen to what he said

. The Meteorological Department has issued a weather forecast in the state till March 4. From March 1 to March 3, there will be isolated heavy rainfall, heavy snowfall and in areas at a height of more than 3500 m, there will be lightning accompanied by lightning and wind speed up to 40 km. The possibility of gusty winds has been expressed.
Meteorologist Vikram Singh has released a video and expressed the possibility of heavy rains and thunderstorms with lightning in the state due to the Western Disturbance which will be active in the state for three days from Friday. Orange alert has been issued on March 2, while on March 1, Yellow alert has been issued in the state and caution has been said by issuing yellow alert back on March 3.
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in the districts of Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal, Dehradun, Pauri Garhwal, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Almora, Champawat, Nainital, Udham Singh Nagar, and Haridwar. The Meteorological Department has also issued an orange alert on March 2. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of lightning accompanied by thunder at some places in all the districts of the state including Uttarkashi and gusty winds moving at a speed of 40 km to 50 km. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for thunderstorm in all these districts till March 3. Describing the possibility of lightning, people have been asked to be cautious and the Meteorological Department has also said that the weather will be dry in the state on 29th February and 4th March.
