High Court has stayed the decision of Hemvatinandan Bahuguna Garhwal UniversityOrder was given to unaffiliate 10 non-government colleges

Nainital. The High Court has given a stay on the decision of Hemvatinandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. The university had issued an order to disaffiliate 10 non-government colleges.
The DAV College management of Hemvatinandan Bahuguna Garhwal University Dehradun challenged the decision of disaffiliation of ten private colleges in the High Court. On which the Uttarakhand High Court has put a stay on the decision taken in the Executive Council of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University on 30th May. The High Court issued this order on Monday.
Is. The DAV College management had challenged the decision to disaffiliate ten non-government colleges in the High Court. The High Court issued this order on Monday. Principal of DAV College Dr. KR Jain confirmed. He said that detailed information will be given on receipt of the copy of the order.
