The data of how many people from outside the state are in possession of encroached land in the state and how many people from the state are in possession, should be presented soon. Government order should be issued today itself at the government level to remove encroachment from government land. Arrangements should be made for technical training to the local youth of Uttarakhand through the Skill Development Department. Arrangements should be made for better training to the local people of the state in plumber, carpenter, electrician and other fields, for this necessary funds should also be arranged. A mandate should be issued soon for this. All the District Magistrates along with their teams should conduct on-the-spot inspection of enemy properties in their districts. The enemy properties, which have not yet been taken under the control of the district administration, should be taken under their control soon. The proposal of whether public projects can be made in the enemy properties which have been taken under their control, should also be sent by the district magistrates to the government soon. All the District Magistrates should take necessary action after quickly identifying the remaining enemy properties of their districts. Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami gave these instructions to the officers while taking a meeting regarding the removal of encroachments from the state government land at the secretariat. It was informed in the meeting that illegal encroachment has been removed by the Forest Department in an area of ​​455 hectares.
Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami gave strict instructions to the officers that the responsibility of the officers who do not stop encroachment on government land will be fixed and strict action will also be taken. Purely encroachment has to be removed from government land. For this, all the districts have to act swiftly on the orders that will be issued by the government. The Chief Minister ordered the Home Department to run a continuous verification campaign of outsiders and regular verification of tenants, strict action should be taken against those who are negligent in this work. To remove illegal encroachment, all the departments should work in coordination and cooperate with each otherThe Chief Minister instructed all the District Magistrates to ensure that the new plotting in the districts, all action is taken according to the rules, if there is any complaint anywhere, then strict action should be taken against the concerned officials. The Chief Minister directed that whatever outsiders are working on the Chardham Yatra and other religious places, it should be ensured that their verification is completed. He directed the Garhwal Commissioner and Kumaon Commissioner to keep a close watch on all the activities related to removal of encroachments in their commissionerate area and hold regular meetings with the District Magistrates for the same. Also fix the responsibility of the officers who are negligent towards the work. He instructed the District Magistrates to ensure that there is no encroachment on the lands of the village society, if this is happening anywhere, strict action should be taken against the concerned. It should be ensured that the law is strictly followed. The Chief Minister instructed all the District Magistrates to ensure that fake certificates are not issued to any person in the state, if any such complaint comes, strict action should be taken against the concerned. He instructed all the District Magistrates that the reports being given by the departments on removal of illegal encroachments from the government land should also be cross-verified, action should also be taken against those giving wrong information.
The Chief Minister instructed that all government land will have its own unique number. All departments will maintain a register of their government property. It will have a digital inventory. Satellite pictures of government land will be taken from time to time. A committee has been formed under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate at the district level to remove illegal encroachments from the state government land. For this, a cell has been created in the Revenue Council for technical assistance. A committee has been constituted at the state level under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary. The district and state level committees will regularly monitor the action taken to remove encroachments. The process to remove encroachment from government land is in progress in all the districts.
