Haridwar. The successor of Shri Panchdashnam Juna Akhara’s senior Mahamandaleshwar Brahmalin Mahayogi Pilot Baba has been announced today on Friday.
Pilot Baba’s disciple Yogmata Sadhvi Kaivalya Devi (Keiko Aikawa) from Japan has been declared his successor. Along with this, she has been made the President of Pilot Baba Ashram Trust.
Two other disciples Mahamandaleshwar Sadhvi Chetanananda Giri and Sadhvi Shraddha Giri have been made the General Secretary of the Trust. The Mahant and saints of Juna Akhara announced this in a meeting held on Friday.
Pilot Baba was the owner of immense wealth. He has the most followers in Russia, Ukraine, Japan. Pilot Baba has ashrams in Bihar, Nainital, Haridwar, Uttarkashi, Gangotri etc. Pilot Baba’s ashram in Haridwar has been built at a huge cost. The most interesting fact is that only a toilet has been built in Pilot Baba’s ashram at a cost of about one crore rupees. Pilot Baba’s status was such that he used to participate in the royal bath with his own special decorations on Kumbh and special baths. Many devotees from Ukraine, Russia, Germany, etc. countries come to Pilot Baba’s Haridwar ashram to serve him day and night. Pilot Baba was born in a Rajput family in Sasaram of Rohtas district of Bihar. His old name was Kapil Singh. Baba received higher education from Kashi Hindu University. After this, he was selected in the Indian Air Force. Baba was on the post of Wing Commander here. Baba has served in the wars of 1962, 1965 and 1971. He was also honored for this. Baba tells that in 1996, when he was flying a Mig plane in the Northeast of India, an accident happened with him. He lost control of the plane. During that time, Baba received the darshan of his guru Hari Giri Maharaj and he took him out safely from there. This was the moment when Baba attained renunciation and turned away from army battles towards peace and spirituality.
