Lokesh Daksh and Vipin Chand Dwivedi have been unanimously declared victorious for six months each after getting equal number of votes for the post of Vice President in the annual election of the District Bar Association. On the other hand, Anirudh Sharma alias Honey has been declared the winner with maximum 419 votes after the counting of seven member executive votes. Seven members were elected to the executive, while three members dropped out after defeat.
Chief Electoral Officers Vijay Sharma and Satish Chowdhary said that out of 748 votes, 678 voters cast their votes in the annual election of the District Bar Association. After counting of votes on Tuesday, Vishwabandhu Sharma on the post of President, Anurag Chaudhary on the post of Secretary, Sandeep as Co-Secretary, Amit Kashyap on the post of Treasurer, Jishant on the post of Library President and Rajat Jain on the post of Income Expenditure Inspector were declared winners. Lokesh Daksh and Vipin Chand Dwivedi got equal votes for the post of Vice President.
