Haldwani. After Amul, Uttarakhand Cooperative Dairy Federation has increased the price of Aanchal milk by one to two rupees in four districts. There was a long-standing demand from cooperative societies to increase the price of liquid packed milk in the market.
Federation Managing Director and Joint Director of Dairy Development Department Jaideep Arora issued orders. In Nainital district, the price of Standard Milk 1000 ml has been increased from Rs 55 to Rs 57, while the price of Standard Milk 500 ml has been increased from Rs 28 to Rs 29, cow milk 500 ml has been increased from Rs 27 to Rs 28.
In Udham Singh Nagar district, the price of Standard Milk 1000 ml has been increased from Rs 57 to Rs 58, the price of Standard Milk 500 ml has been increased from Rs 29 to Rs 30, toned milk 400 ml has been increased from Rs 27 to Rs 28. In Almora district, the price of 400 ml toned milk was increased by one rupee to Rs 23. In Haridwar, the price of double toned milk 500 ml was increased from Rs 24 to Rs 25. Federation’s Managing Director Jaideep Arora said, the price of Aanchal milk has been increased in four districts. In other districts, the price of milk will remain the same as before.
