Officers will work in the field for a month from October 5 in every district to test health services

Dehradun. Senior departmental officials will enter the field to test the health services in the state. In this regard, departmental minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat has issued instructions to the officials. Health department officials will go to the districts and establish public dialogue with the local people and give them information about various health services run by the Central and State Government.
Apart from this, he will inspect government hospitals, community centers and wellness centers and collect information about all the facilities and submit a detailed report to the state government.
With the aim of improving the availability of health services and health facilities to the common people in the state, senior officials from the government and the Directorate General of Health will visit various districts. State Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat has issued a letter in this regard and has instructed officers from Secretary to Director General and Director level to visit various districts for a month from 05 October to 05 November 2023 and assess the actual situation.
During their visit, departmental officers will visit all the district hospitals, sub-district hospitals, community health centres, primary health centers and 5 wellness centers each and observe the condition of infrastructure facilities, essential medical equipment, medicines and personnel working in various cadres.
Along with this, the officers will establish communication with the local public and provide information about various schemes and facilities run by the Central and State Government in the field of health and will also take feedback on the schemes from them. During this, departmental officers will motivate the common people to make Ayushman Card and Abha ID and will also give information about the efforts made so far by the state government in the direction of TB-free Uttarakhand. Along with this, Nikshay will also communicate with friends and get their suggestions to make this campaign more effective.
After visiting the district, all the officers will inspect the various schemes run under Sickle Cell Anemia and NHM including the above points and submit their detailed report to the Health Ministry within the stipulated time limit, so that all the aspects can be discussed in depth in the health thinking camp proposed in the month of November. Can be achieved and the state can be made a leader in the field of health.

  • Mission Director NHM and Additional Secretary Health Swati Bhadauria, Dehradun.
  • Additional Secretary Health Namami Bansal to Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar.
  • Rudraprayag and Chamoli to Amandeep Kaur.
  • Anand Srivastava to Tehri and Uttarkashi
  • Garima Ronkali to Almora and Bageshwar
  • Pauri to Director General Health Dr. Vinita Shah and Joint Secretary Health Mahavir Chauhan.
