Dehradun. Online ticket booking for the June month for heli service of Kedarnath, the main Dham of Chardham Yatra, is going to start from May 7. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) issued information in this regard and said that the booking will start from 12 noon on the same day.
This is a golden opportunity for those taking heli service in Kedarnath Yatra, because earlier the booking for the month of May was full in just five minutes. This time the booking is being opened for the period from June 1 to June 30. Booking can be done only through the official website of IRCTC www.heliyatra.irctc.co.in.
IRCTC issued important instructions for passengers:
- Booking of heli service will be done only from the official website of IRCTC heliyatra.irctc.co.in. • No other website, portal or agency has been authorized for heli ticket booking.
- Do not trust calls or messages coming from an unknown mobile number.
- Make payment only through the website. Do not transfer money to the QR code or UPI ID sent by anyone.
- If there is a suspicion of fraud, immediately call the cyber helpline number 1930 and inform the police.
IRCTC has advised the passengers to carefully read all the guidelines and rules given on the website before booking so that any kind of technical or fraud related problem can be avoided.
Heli service is a convenient option for the devotees going on Kedarnath Yatra, especially for senior citizens and people suffering from health problems. In such a situation, a large number of passengers take advantage of this service every year.
