Operation Sindoor: Indian Army’s strong reply, nine terrorist hideouts destroyed in Pakistan

New Delhi/Srinagar. 15 days after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, India gave a strong reply and destroyed nine terrorist hideouts within Pakistan under ‘Operation Sindoor’. This retaliatory action by the Indian Army has created a stir in Pakistan. This action was taken by the army under a secret plan, in which the terrorist camps were destroyed by taking precise targets.

After the Indian action, reactions are being seen all over the world. From America to the United Nations, everyone has expressed concern on this issue, while Pakistan has given a threat by calling it a ‘war-like step’.

Former US President Donald Trump has called the Pahalgam attack shameful. He said, “As soon as we entered the Oval Office, we came to know about this incident. This is very sad. These two countries have been in conflict for a long time, and I hope this tension will end soon.”

UN Secretary General appeals for restraint

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has appealed to both India and Pakistan to exercise military restraint. His spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said, “The Secretary General is very concerned about the situation on the Line of Control. The world community cannot tolerate any military confrontation between India and Pakistan.”

US Congressman Shri Thanedar said – action against terrorism is necessary

Reacting to India’s action, US MP Shri Thanedar said, “War is not a solution, but terrorists should be punished. Countries that support terrorism will have to face the consequences. America should support peace-loving countries like India and work together against global terrorism.”

Pak PM expressed anger on social media

After the surgical strike by the Indian Army, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif vented his anger on social media. He said, “Pakistan has the right to respond to this war-like act. The whole country stands with the armed forces. We will not let India succeed in their intentions.”

Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar called India’s action a violation of international law. He said that India is trying to show itself as a victim by making terrorism an excuse. He also warned that this action of India can lead to a serious conflict between two nuclear-armed countries.
India informed major countries
India has informed major countries like America, Britain, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Russia about Operation Sindoor. Senior officials talked to the counterparts of these countries and explained the action in detail. With this, India has given a clear message that it is committed to taking a decisive stand against terrorism.
