Haridwar. The woman, who reached Piran Kaliyar with her husband and son, was stabbed to death late night near Bawan Pass. Husband and son are missing after the incident. The woman is a resident of Saharanpur.
According to the police, Sakina (25) had come to Kaliyar on Sunday with her husband Suhail and son. Late night near Bawan Pass of Dhanori, someone stabbed a woman in her stomach, due to which she was seriously injured. On making noise, the people around reached the spot. After getting the information, Kaliyar police station also reached the spot. The woman was admitted to the Civil Hospital in Roorkee where she succumbed to her injuries during treatment. Before dying, the woman told the police that she was accompanied by her husband and child, after which the police started searching for the woman’s husband and child. On getting the information, SSP Ajay Singh reached Kaliyar and inquired about the incident. At present, the reasons for the murder have not been known, SSP Ajay Singh says that the matter is being investigated
