Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are in the highest demand for campaigning in the five Lok Sabha seats of Uttarakhand. After these super star campaigners of the party, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari are in the highest demand. The candidates fielded on all five seats are trying hard to get these leaders to hold public meetings at least in their constituencies.

According to party sources, after Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari and JP Nadda and Smriti Irani are in the highest demand in Almora Pithoragarh Lok Sabha. The Prime Minister has already held a public meeting in Almora on October 12. Therefore, the chances of his public meeting are considered less. If the PM’s rally does not take place, then Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh’s rallies can be held here. Being a border district, BJP is hoping to work out its equation with the campaigning of both the central leaders. The party is also considering Gadkari’s campaigning for Char Dham All Weather Road and other road projects to be beneficial here.
