PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate development schemes worth Rs 4200 crore in Pithoragarh today.

First of all will visit Adi Kailash, will also interact with local villagers in Gunji.

Pithoragarh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will start his Kumaon tour from the border Pithoragarh district on Thursday, October 12. First of all he will visit Adi Kailash here. After visiting Parvati Kund and offering prayers, the Prime Minister will also talk to the local villagers in Gunji village on the China border. Will reach the public meeting place at the Sports Stadium in Pithoragarh at 2.38 pm. After participating in the public meeting and the foundation stone-inauguration program of development schemes worth about Rs 4200 crore, the PM will leave for Bareilly by helicopter from Naini Saini at 4.10 pm.
On Thursday, PM Modi will take a flight from Delhi early in the morning. He will reach Trishul Air Base of Bareilly Air Force by special plane at 6 am. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will welcome Prime Minister Modi in Bareilly. From there at 6.15 pm, PM and CM will leave for Pithoragarh by MI helicopter to visit Adi Kailash.
Will reach army helipad at Jeolingkang at 8.05 pm. Where Chief Secretary Dr. SS Sandhu will welcome the Prime Minister. After this the Prime Minister will leave for Parvati Kund by road at 8.20. Will reach there after 10 minutes. The PM will visit Adi Kailash along with prayers there. The PM will be there for more than 15 minutes. Then from there we will reach back to Jeolingkang at 9 o’clock. After this, the Prime Minister will leave for Gunji by helicopter at 9.05 and will reach there at 9.20. From there at 9.35 am, the PM will go by car to the Army’s J&K Rifles post. PM will participate in the program organized here and will talk to the residents of Gunji village. The Prime Minister will hold a meeting with Army, ITBP and BRO officials at 9.45 am. After this, at 10.15 he will leave for Jageshwar in Almora district. Will reach there at 11.15.
From there the Prime Minister will return to Pithoragarh’s Naini Saini Airport by helicopter at 1:35 pm.
