Potholes will now be filled with mobile apps in Uttarakhand

Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated the “Patch Reporting App” at the Secretariat on Thursday. This mobile app has been made by the Public Works Department to make the roads pothole free. Through this, now any person can register his complaint with complete information by taking photographs of potholes found on the roads around him. Information about the action taken on the complaint lodged through the app will also be made available to the complainant along with pictures.

Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami said that through this app, there will be a lot of help in making the roads of the state pothole free. He instructed the officials of the Public Works Department that the complaint made by the complainant regarding potholes on the road through the app should be resolved within a week, for which the responsibility of the officials should also be fixed. He said that through this app, there will be a lot of help in making the roads completely pothole free. The Chief Minister said that the high officials of the Public Works Department should also monitor it regularly. Strict instructions were given by the Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami to the officers of the Public Works Department to make the roads of the state completely pothole free. To solve this problem, the Patch Reporting App has been developed by the Public Works Department.

This mobile app, which helps in making the roads pothole-free in the state, has been developed by the Public Works Department to make the roads pothole-free for smooth and safe travel and to maintain interaction with the general public. Through this app, the location information of the pit place will be automatically displayed by latitude, longitude. On the basis of the information received from the app, the Public Works Department will take quick action and the details of the work along with pictures will be received by the concerned complainant and the higher officer. This app has been developed by the general public to provide information about the patches/pits located on the roads under the Public Works Department, Uttarakhand and for their quick disposal by the department.
